By accessing or using ChessEventHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Conduct
Users are expected to maintain sportsmanship and integrity during chess tournaments. Any form of cheating or harassment will lead to immediate account termination.
3. Payments and Refunds
Tournament entry fees are processed via Paystack. Refund policies are determined by individual tournament organizers unless otherwise stated.
4. Limitation of Liability
ChessEventHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
